Using our games

These terms apply when you download or play a BuilderDraft game, including Pearl Coast and Dune Rush. By playing, you agree to them. The terms of Google Play or the App Store also apply to your download and purchases.

Your right to play

We give you a personal right to play our games on your own devices. You may not copy, sell or change the games, or use cheats, bots or modified versions.

Coins and in-game items

Coins, gems and other items you earn or buy can only be used inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another player or another game.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and their refund rules apply. To ask for a refund, contact the store you bought from. If a purchase did not reach your game, use Restore purchases in the game's settings or email us.

Ads

Some games show ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward. A reward is given once the ad finishes.

Changes to the games

We update our games to add content and fix problems. We may change or remove features, items or prices, and we may end a game. If we end a game, we will give notice in the game first where we can.

Liability

Our games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running smoothly but cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from playing them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
